Walleye River Run (Lazy River)
- children under 42” must be accompanied by an adult
- “Section 1 11.551 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor.”
- Travel in the direction of the current only
- Rough play and splashing is not permitted
- Guests may swim, walk, or flaot with an inner tube
- Enter and Exit at designated areas only
- Lifejackets arte strongly recommended for small children and weak swimmers
- Maximum water depth is 3’
Little
- Maximum water depth is 3’
- Children under 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult

Basketball Hoop Area
- Children under 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult

- No running, jumping, or diving
- Do not shoot basketball from outside the pool or designated area
- Do not dunk basketballs or hang on rims

Shark Attack (Activity Pool Area)
- Children under 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult

- Maximum weight is 250 pounds
- Maximum depth is 3’
- Minimum height requirement 2’6”

- Play equipment is designed for the following ages: 6years – Adult
- A parent or adult must supervise children in play area at all times, and accompany children under the age of 5
- Guests assume all risks and waive all claims for injury to self, family, or property arising out of you use of the play space and equipment
- Notify management of problems or concern
- Adults please use caution when using the play equipment
- Please remove all loose clothing, jewelry, and articles from pockets before entering play area
- Do not bring toys, backpacks, sharp objects, or other items into play area
- No climbing or standing on outside of play equipment including slides
- Caution: floor slopes towards structure

Lily Pad Crossing
- Minimum height requirement is 42”

- Maximum weight is 150 pounds
- Guests must wait for attendant’s start signal prior to starting
- Only one person is permitted on ride at a time
- No running, jumping, or diving
- Do not stand on floats. Excessive tipping or rocking is also prohibited
- Lifejackets arte strongly recommended for small children and weak swimmers
- Caution: Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems, and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted
- Maximum water depth is 3’
- Minimum height requirement is 12”

- Secure all loose articles and remove all footwear prior to riding
- Only one rider permitted at a time
- Guests should lay feet first, face up, with legs crossed at the ankles. Hands should be clasped together, fingers locked behind the neck, with arms hugging the ears and elbows pointed towards the front through the course of the ride
- Stopping, changing direction, or forming chains is not permitted
- Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front, rear, and all sides or the course of the ride
- Caution: Caution: Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems, and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted
- Exit splash pool immediately upon entry
- Maximum water depth is 6”
- Walking up the slide is not permitted
- Please do not form lines on the stairs
Spa
- Pregnant women, elderly persons, and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not enter the spa/hot tub without prior medical consultation and permission from a doctor
- Do not use the spa/hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause drowsiness or that raise or lower blood pressure
- Do not use at temperatures greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit
- Do not use alone
- Unsupervised use by children is prohibited
- Observe reasonable time limits (that is ten to fifteen minutes) then leave the water and cool down before returning for a brief stay
- Long exposure could result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting
Red Hydro Spin (Red Toilet Bowl Slide)
- Minimum height requirement is 48”
- “Section 1 11.551 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor.”
- Due to the fact that this water slide has a deep water pool, all riders must have the ability to swim
- Riders must wait for the attendant’s start signal prior to starting the ride

Blue Tunnel Twister (Blue Body Slide)
- Minimum height requirement is 48”

- Riders must wait for the attendant’s start signal prior to starting the ride

The Yellow Pipeline (Yellow Raft Slide)
- Minimum height requirement is 42”
- Patrons under 48” must be accompanied by an adult and a personal floatation device is recommended
- “Section 1 11.551 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor.”
- Riders must wait for the attendant’s start signal prior to starting the ride
- Single riders may use a single inner tube or in the rear of a double inner tube
- Double riders use a double inner tube with the lighter of the two in the front
- Maximum weight is 250 pounds or single tubes and 400 pounds for double tubes
- The heavier of the two riders must be seated behind the lighter rider
- Riders will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces from the front, rear, and all sides or the course of the ride
- Caution: Caution: Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems, and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted
- Exit splash pool immediately upon entry
- Maximum water depth is 3’ 6”
- Walking up the slide is not permitted
