Note: Hours may change with seasons or holidays and can be subject to maintenance periods. Check with the hotel to confirm operating hours.

Q: Are towels available in the Water Park?
A: We encourage our guests to bring their own Beach Towels but extra Pool Towels are also available from the Water Park Desk on a first come basis, while supplies last.

Q: Are Day Passes available to the Splash Bay Water Park without staying at the hotel?
A: Yes, Day Passes are sold based upon availability, determined by the number of people in the Water Park.

Q: Is admission to Splash Bay Water Park included in my room rate?
A: Access to the Water Park is included only with Water Park Package Rates. Be sure you are booking the "Water Park Package".

Q: How many wristbands come with my Water Park Packages?
A: Water Park Package purchasers receive 4 access wristbands and may purchase up to 2 additional wristbands at check-in. All others must be purchased at the Splash Bay Admissions Counter

Q: Can I purchase additional wristbands and what is the cost per wristband?
A: Cost of additional wristbands varies by season. Call hotel for current prices or visit the Specials Page.

Q: Do the water slides and any special rides have posted height restrictions?
A: Yes. Each attraction has rules, regulations and height requirements posted. You can also visit Water Park Rules for more details.

Q: Are there appropriate activities for children of all ages?
A: Yes! Younger children will enjoy the Kiddies Pool and the Lazy River. Older children will enjoy the Slides. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian while in the Water Park.

Q: Are lifeguards present at Splash Bay Water Park)?
A: Yes, Lifeguards are present during all Water Park operating hours. Lifeguards are certified through the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Program, complete with first aid and CPR.

Q: How large is the Splash Bay Water Park facility?
A: The Water Park is approximately 35,000 square feet in size.

Q: Are there food and beverage concessions in Splash Bay Water Park?
A: Yes, Food and Beverage Concessions are available at the Snack Bar.

Q: Can I bring my own food or beverages into Splash Bay Water Park?
A: No. Outside food or beverages are not permitted in the Water Park. All food must be purchased and consumed in the Snack Bar area. This is due to Health Department regulations.

Q: Are group rates available for the Water Park?
A: Yes, please contact the Water Park Manager regarding Group Rates.

Q: Are children in standard diapers permitted in Splash Bay?
A: Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a “swim diaper” when going into the water. Children in “standard diapers” are not permitted in the water.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If it is necessary to cancel, please do so by 6pm on the day of your arrival by calling the hotel directly at 419-482-7777.

Q: Are changing areas and locker facilities available?
A: Yes. Lockers are $0.25 each at this time. These are located throughout the water park as well as in both men's and women's restrooms.

Q: Is Splash Bay easily accessible from the hotel?
A: Yes, Splash Bay is connected to the hotel.

Q: What are the Hotel check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is after 4:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am on your day of departure.

Q: Will I have access to Splash Bay on the day of check-in, but prior to my check-in time?
A: Yes, hotel guests may access the Water Park as early as 2pm on Check-in day.

Q: Will I have access to Splash Bay Water Park on the day of check-out, after my check-out time?
A: Yes, while Hotel Guests need to check out by 11:00am, they have access to the Water Park until its closure on Check-out day. We recommend bringing an additional small bag to accommodate Check-out day changes of clothing in the Water Park.

Q: Are non-water related activities available in the Waterpark?
A: Yes, there is an arcade next to the Snack Bar and the Hotel has Fitness Center for hotel guest use.

Q: What business services does the hotel offer?
A: Our Holiday Inn provides an on site Business Center. Services include Computer use, Free High Speed Internet Access, Fax Machine, and Printer.

Q: Is access to Splash Bay included when I use Priority Club Rewards points for my stay?
A: No, Reward Stays are for a Guest Room only but Water Park Day Passes can be purchased at the Splash Bay Admissions counter.

Q: Are Group Room Rates available?
